I have been coming to this restaurant for 13 years since I moved to this neighborhood. The pizza isn't great (though the price of one is stupendous--$30 for a large--how?).
I took the advice of the manager who reached out to me after posting my original post and spoke to who was on duty and she said she would bring it up with mgt about the staff's engagement with customers. I guess I gotta go back and see! -

Alright, I know this is a pizza place primarily but the rest of their menu is under rated. I'm going to talk about the Patty Melt. That's right! Brewhouse and Pizza may be their slogan, but the burgers at this location are pretty right on and the Patty Melt deserves a nod.
Keep your wings and your garlic knots from now on, give me the Patty Melt and some fries! I don't know if I can order anything else now - and since we moved its one of the close restaurants to our house. My waistline DOES NOT give this experience any stars... but I don't really listen to it cause it's not Elite.
I'll be honest and say that I generally feel that Oggi's has given me a 3 star experience at various locations throughout the years... A-ok, but not great. BUT! It's all because I didn't order the Patty Melt you guys. That's where the 4th star was hiding.
If you order it and don't feel the same, just give it to me and I'll eat it. -

I ONLY COME DURING HAPPY HOUR
This is one of my favorite happy hours in San Diego. They have a handful of items priced at 50% and they are not a mini version like at other locations (i.e. Liberty Station oggies).
They also typically have some sort of discount based on the day of the week.
Happy Hour is between 3pm-6pm and as long as you order your food before 6 you are good to go! I order the lettuce wraps and Oggi's sticks every time. They also have $1 pints and they have over 10 original beers on tap. They have a variety of types so no matter what your preference they will have something you'll enjoy
Yes this is also a sports bar so they have plenty of TVs all over so another good reason to come here! -

The Oggi's stix are a must!! I recommend pepperoni on top too
I order the "Sports Fan" pizza!
The Santa Fe salad with blackened chicken is such a hearty salad with lots of veggies!
Don't forget the fries and chicken wings at Oggi's with all their different sauces!
